Primary function: To cause any two individuals to constantly fight with each other
An experiment that looks and acts like a cat. Designed to make individuals fight with each other by zapping them with a beam fired from the ends of his tail, with the aim that the arguing local populations do not notice someone else taking over their planet.
The victims become irrational with anger, blaming the other person for things going wrong and unable to control this even when they are aware it is caused by the experiment's power. It appears that more sensible people can at least make more logical points, but they are affected by the uncontrollable hostility nevertheless. The cure for this is to stop and count to ten.
