Thanks to Slushy, I can enjoy some of the wintery fun I used to enjoy back home while having to live in the tropics as an alien! ❄️🛷

This was a Secret Santa gift from @ryuko-rose that I got for Christmas over on a Lilo & Stitch Discord server we're a part of. Many thanks to them for making it!

Note that I'm not an artist, but the server allowed me to commission someone else to make some art for the Secret Santa. I was the Secret Santa for @mrnifflertheshiny and I commissioned Meliscellaneous Art to make a piece of his experimentsona Mr. Niffler and Christmas-themed fan experiment Stocking with a couple familiar faces.

Mertle Edmonds may not enjoy Niffler's carols, but at least her mother does! 🎶 But Niffler needs to learn a thing or two about sharing the holiday spirit with his red-and-white cousin.

Happy (belated) Valentine's Day! 💖

I've been busy lately, so I didn't share anything for the holiday itself here on Valentine's Day, but my Discord server held an art exchange where we gave one another Valentine's art of our OCs! Like with the Secret Santa last year, @ryuko-rose drew me for the holiday, now with their experimentsona giving me a lovely Valentine's Day card.

Of course, I don't draw art myself, so I again commissioned Meliscellaneous Art to draw my Valentine for this exchange. This time, I was the Valentine for Stitch! fan @dbarenzu626, featuring his experimentsona Grids giving Yuna Kamihara a Valentine's gift straight from the @stitchtriverse.

Experiment KC takes the track by storm! 🏎️

I went to a convention for my second time ever over a week ago (the same one I went to last year) and had a good time! I've also been playing Disney Speedstorm for the past few months while it's been in early access; I've especially enjoyed the game's Lilo & Stitch-themed third season, 'Ohana!

I've also been wondering what I would look like as a Speedstorm Racer, so I had my good friend @angoraram design a Speedstorm-themed racing suit with some inspiration taken from the "Rainbow Warrior" suit design of legendary NASCAR Cup Series driver Jeff Gordon.

I then commissioned artist Angelo Concepcion III for a colored sketch of me wearing the suit and he was able to get it done just before the convention was over. Thank you both for your speedy drawings! 🏁

I recently got a new drawing from MiniMidiMici on DeviantArt!

Here’s a bit of a silly spur-of-the-moment backstory I made for this.

Working at a movie theater can be such a drag... standing around in a concession stand for hours on end, serving tons of patrons their tickets and overpriced concessions, cleaning up messy theaters, and just waiting hours for my shift to be over with (especially during the slow periods). All for a low part-time wage and no tips accepted.

But after my ordeal at the end of my Hawaiian vacation, I’m now staying in the “Bed and Not Breakfast” indefinitely under a monthly rent (which is admittedly pretty cheap compared to all the other dwellings in Kokaua Town). And as much as it sucks to work in a theater, it’s a good thing that the local theater is part of the same chain as the theater I work for back home on the mainland. I was able to transfer my employment over here relatively easily; I do not enjoy job hunting.

Ah, well. At least I get free movie tickets, and the popcorn’s always fresh. (Sorry, Kernel.)

Mele Kalikimaka! 🎄

Merry Christmas, cousins! I would have made a post with Lilo & Stitch Christmas fan art, but due to a power and Internet outage in my area, I couldn't get around to making one this year. Apologies for having to skip making one this year.

However, @angoraram kindly made a drawing of me (and others who also received their own drawings from her) as a Christmas gift! Takka to her for the drawing! 💖

Hey, it's me and my nervous self again! In traditional form! 🎨

I went to my first convention a couple weekends ago (it was fun!) and commissioned someone who was doing headshot portraits there. Since I commissioned them near the end of the con, they had to draw it after it ended. I got the finished commission last Friday. Thanks again to the artist for making this for me! (The artist told me that they usually prefer to stay anonymous for commissions, so I'm respecting their wishes here. I will mention though that they had a storyboard artist of the original film as one of their animation teachers! 🤯)

Update (February 14, 2023): Here's a better scan of it. Some of it is cut off 'cause it's a bit bigger than the scan bed, but at least it's better than looking at a somewhat washed-out photo!

Didn't share this publicly until now, but Ryuko Rose (@salty-nebula / @salt-comet) drew a picture of me last month!

This was made as part of a #SixFanarts drawing that Ryuko decided to do for the Discord server we're on focusing on Lilo & Stitch experiments. I actually did not personally request myself for the drawing; when Ryuko said that they were accepting both official and fan-made experiments (instead of just the official ones), another member suddenly requested my experimentsona to be drawn, much to my surprise. Ryuko said that they would draw others' fan experiments if they consented, so I allowed mine to be drawn but only with other fan experiments.

So Ryuko did two of these #SixFanarts sheets, one with only canonical experiments and one with only fan experiments. I'm only sharing my sona's panel from the latter since they haven't shared either of their full sheets with anyone outside of the server. If they do share the full sheets, I'll reblog them.

Can I just say that I look so good in that Christmas sweater it almost makes it seem that I miss the point of an ugly Christmas sweater? Also, I like cookies. 🍪
