I've seen this a dozen times and yes, it's all terribly modern and progressive, but--where the hell is that poor guy supposed to live now? Does he move into the phone booth guy's place? And what if they both buy the same pair of jeans and put them on at the same time? Would that take out their entire apartment complex? And what does the Home Owner's Association have to say about these pants?!!
