I do not know, if you already know this, but in the early German translations of Harry Potter, there is a translation mistake.

Instead of "exploding snap" the students play "exploding Snape"! Generations of German nerds have never questioned this.

Sadly I have been told that the hilarious mistake can no longer be found in newer books.

But I think that the game "Exploding Snape" needs to become part of canon again asap. It is too funny! English fans, please use it XD

I love how the game "exploding snap" was translated into german as "Snape explodiert" literally meaning "Snape explodes"
