Family: Family is a group of individuals who share a relationship and are related with common ancestors. As life goes on the family will grow in many types of different relationships such as romantic, close friends and new additional relatives. This family of bears were enjoying the sun and the openness as the two little cubs kept jumping all around and running all over the area. An immediate family should always give each other morale support even if it has to come in the form of positive criticism. Staycation: Staycation is going on day trips with activities close to home like you would on a vacation. Our leisure day trip activity today was to this beautiful provincial park in Merritt that I didn’t even know about. Explore the unexpected and you will find some hidden gems close to home. While going on these staycation activities remember to social distance, cleaning or sanitizing of hands and mostly just keep on respecting everyone else around. @montecreekranch from #Kamloops makes sparkling wines.  This is the first time that I get to review them for you.  Both are quite good and would be nice when you are sitting on the patio with some cheese and crackers while enjoying this sunny weather. Monte Creek Ranch Sparkling 2019 -  is a light straw colour.  It has nice aromatics of apples, lime and tropical fruit.  It is off-dry with a medium sized creamy bubble.  Medium acidity.  Tropical fruit, in particular pineapple, flavour and some lychee with air.  A fun bubble.  Monte Creek Ranch Sparkling Rose 2019 - this wine has a clear bright rhubarb colour in the glass.  An interesting nose that reminds me of Italian #lambrusco, with rhubarb and cider aromas.  It has bigger bubbles that dissipate quickly.  It is off-dry with red cherries and candied cherries, along with rhubarb.  Again reminding me of lambrusco wine.  I tried this with a rice cracker topped with goat cheese and it made a tasty pairing. Badger: Badgers are a nocturnal mammal and an active member of the Carnivore family. A badger is fearless and is built for defending itself strong with thick loose hair and a muscular neck with a strong jaw and sharp teeth. Unlike the word badger that we define as someone who keeps harassing, pestering and hassling others in to doing something. This badger saw us as friends and not foes. He enjoyed our presence quickly but we made it short. It was a rare sight to see one especially during the day. Badgering in leadership has no home in being a strong and reliable leader. You don’t need to lead like a predator but lead as a supporter. Badgers might not see very well but they have great hearing and a high quality of smell.
