At Least 20 Killed As Explosion Destroys Firecracker Factory In India
At least 20 persons have been killed, 15 injured and many are feared trapped after a firecracker factory in northern India went up in flames on Wednesday, officials said.
Police officer Mukhtiar Singh said the blast happened in Batala, a town in Punjab state about 460 kilometers (285 miles) north of New Delhi.
