Curiosity Killed the Cat

“Ricky, new page.” The page in the spirit possessed leather notebook that was once filled with ink cleared away like oil in water and the page was blank once more. He reached over to a pin, filled with many feathers carved to lay ink perfectly on the page, and pulled out one with feather strands colored in red and black.
He dipped the elongated feather into an ink jar and wrote a title on the top of the paper, just before looking up to the man who only a few days ago busted open a convenience store to catch a purse snatcher.
“So- Tell me again how your powers work?” He asked with a focused mind. He wanted to know this power he with held. It amazed him how flawlessly he could pull off such a complex spell- I mean of course Tuncay could do it no problem, but for most other witches or wizards..that was tough.
