Viscosity Test: Most important test for good engine performance. This test checks how biodiesel will flow smoothly at different temperatures.
Water and Sediment Check: Check for water and sediment levels in fuel, so that it does not cross any limit, as it prevents damage to engines.
Cloud Point Test: Check for the temperature level at which wax crystals start forming, so that fuel stays usable in cold weather below zero degrees.
Acid Number Test: High acidity can harm engine parts over time, which makes this test most important for biodiesel quality. After checking the acidity level, our technical expert normalised it to an acceptable level.
Oxidation Test: Measures how long the fuel can be stored without forming deposits.
Glycerin Content Test: Ensures leftover glycerin is minimal, preventing blockages in engines.
Sulfur Content Check: Makes sure the sulfur level is low to avoid engine problems and meet rules for export.
