How do you drink so much?? My goal is 2 L a day but I only manage to get 1 or even less sometimes. 😩😩

dude tbh i’m kind of actually worried that there’s something wrong with me, because i just feel thirsty quite often??? but i just drink water whenever my mouth feels kinda dry e_e although, the thing about me is that i don’t just take a sip or two of water, but i kind of chug it LOOOL.

mmm normally, whenever i drink things through a straw, i always drink it super duper quickly. it’s always been the same, even with drinks like milkshakes, smoothies, or milk tea. i end up doing the same with my camelbak while at school/home too!

Hey! What's the power hours concept? (this is setstudies hi)

Hi! :) The Power Hour concept is something I heard of from Gretchen Rubin, an author who does the podcast “Happier” (totally recommend, it’s my one of my favorites)! 

Basically, if you have some non-urgent, nagging tasks (like emptying the trash, doing a load of laundry, doing the dishes) that don’t really have a deadline so you have trouble actually doing them, you put them on a “power hour” list. Then, you pick an hour during the day/week, set a 60 minute timer for yourself, and plow through that task list!

It was super helpful for me because I often get in ruts where I just dread doing certain things (I despise vacuuming), but when I tried this this week, I just turned on some fun music and kinda made a game out of it lol. I hope it works for you if you try it! :)
