tell us everything you know about a random express character that we haven't asked about yet.

Blare (full name: Blare MacKinnon) is Breathette's mother, and is actually the same species as Specter.

The three segments of her mask can light up, and seems to sync up whenever she talks.

She is a high school teacher, and has great patience for kids. Adults, however... not so much.

She and Democles have first met at the Specter Express, both claiming to be love at first sight. Their first few dates were also on the very same train.

Seems to hold Toothache in high regard, even going so far as to call him a son she never had.
