To be eligible for the special program for immigrants by the Canadian government is express entry CEC ( Canada experience class) , you should keep in mind the following:
Candidate is required to have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada in duration of last 3 years before applying.
There is no specific education requirement for Canadian Experience Class, applicants either need a Canadian post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree or a completed foreign credential with an educational credential assessment (ECA) report from an agency.
candidate is required to meet the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of at least level 7 for NOC 0 or NOC A occupations or level 5 for NOC B occupations.
