"Robin.....I think I've really done it this time...."

It was a simple raid.  One of the children back home had become sick with the flu.  And they were all out of medicine.  Connor went to a nearby abandoned medical supplies facility to get antibiotics for her.  He hadn't been so lucky in a long time.  The medicine was intact, right out of a still operational freezer.  Everything was going right until he ran into a sweeper.  Which would have been a standard encounter until it shot an oxygen tank.  An explosion blocked the exit.  And a fire trapped him even further.  And soon...the flashbacks of his mother's death in the hospital she was staying in began.

"...my luck has definitely ran out...*cough cough*"

…and I thought Dean was just being an asshole.  

He warned me about getting attached to anyone in this age.  That I shouldn’t have time to think it anyway.  But…I can’t help it when it comes to Robin.  I can’t help but feel for her.  She’s fighting for the same thing I am, and not only that, she was forced into the side of the enemy years ago.  Somehow, I feel as if I know what she is going through.  

But despite what Dean says, I can’t just let these feelings pass.  I want to take a chance and see them through.  We all have to stick together in times like these and besides…there’s always a chance that we can explore how we feel for each other.  This conflict brought us together, and I’ll be damned if it tears us apart.

"Yeah, because I went behind enemy lines and pulled you out of danger myself, risking capture and death for no apparent reason.  Are you trying to make me angry?"

Yeah good call. She's definitely not in a good mood right now. She crashed at Caels, picked up some explosives and morphine here then went off on her own... Oh Gear asked me to ask you what did you do to piss her off? Did you piss her off?

"Um...I'd rather not drag you both into this, so I'm going to keep quiet about that.  But...I'm going to make things right between us, I promise.  Although I wonder exactly what she picked up explosives for..."

What's your relationship with Helena?

Ehrr… Yeah. //he shrugs She’s a friend, I guess —?? You mean the one from the orphanage, right..Wears her hair short now. 

I dunno, she’s nice? Overprotective tho… Can be exhausting from time to time. But we get along with each other. She’s pretty okay, always up for a fight or a drink pfff… Someone explain me how she’s supposed to work their in the house of suppression and still be around on the street for so long each day. //another shrug, before he looks to the sides as if he was fearing she was around and listening somewhere 

Why do you ask? … ‘S something wrong with her..?

She punches everyone. Even me. Well not punch punch. Cael gets punched. I just get those nudges yknow. Aw come on. Make the first move already. She's stubborn. Oh Gear says hi.

"Ah...so I suppose I oughta be ready for when the fists fly.  But don't get me wrong Glitch, I definitely plan on making a move.  Just...when she isn't pissed off."

Damn I've been found out! Come on Mr. Rebel Leader. Thats your contact name in her phone by the way. Tell uuuuuus. We wanna know! Didja kiss her yet?

"Heh, I knew it..."

"And no, I haven't...gotten that far yet, Glitch.  And I think she'd rather punch me in the face sooner than kiss me right now...but all in due time, I suppose."
