Proud of my little self. Hitfilm refused to sync the audio & video of some footage I recorded a little while ago (they all had different frames per second, that's why) and I had tried a few things before to try and make it work, but to no avail. My idea was to edit the raw footage in Movie Maker (2012 version, not the godawful older version we used at primary & high school that always crashed), put a black picture in between each section so I'd know where to edit, and export it, then edit it properly in Hitfilm. I'll be honest, I was skeptical but it worked, woo!
