National Plant a Flower Day & World Day Against Cyber Censorship

Person A lives in a world where flowers and botany related knowledge have become censored due to the fact that they can give people odd powers when used correctly. The world’s governments have began eradicating every flowering planet in existence, but Person A’s family guards a secret greenhouse where they collect flowers from all over the world and save their seeds and grow them and keep them alive and existing. Person B is a famous thief who’s heard legends of this place and knows if they can find it, they can sell the intel for an enormous price to the highest bidder. Person A travels the world collecting seeds from plants near government executed extinction, working as a thief as well, when they run into Person B and think Person B’s skills might help them save the world’s plants.
