StageMusical-Lumiere is probably the most flirtatious version....

No, seriously.  The reason why he says “Whoops-a-daisy” in Be Our Guest is because he’s got Belle in a dip and Babette walks in at just the right moment for her to get the wrong idea.

Also, Babette’s hinted at several times where Lumiere’s flirted with other girls in the castle, particularly “Simone”, “Michelle”, and “Veronique”, though she claims that it was all to make her jealous.  

In some versions of the musical during “Be Our Guest”, Cogsworth calls Lumiere out as being shameless, and in one high-school version that I saw, Lumiere cries on four different girls’ shoulders throughout the lament.
