Tofu "egg" Salad - vegetarian
If you've seen my Tumblr, you know I love egg salad or any fakie egg salad, eggless salad, etc. Today is Tofu "egg" salad!
1/2 pkg extra firm tofu - diced/baby cubes
1 stalk celery diced
1 tbsp mayo & 1 tbsp grey poupon
s&p, oregano and turmeric to taste and smoked paprika on top
Serve with bread or crackers or lettuce leaves to make a wrap!
