OKAYOKAy so id like to start this off by saying that Giratina (the best legendary) has such a fucking goated battle theme like Dialga and Palkia's themes r peak but Giratina's is actually SO goated i love like how it feels so chaotic and is the EXACT opposite of Arceus' very simple theme showing the contrast between the creator and the creation he regrets. ALSO THE LEGENDS ARCEUS THEME IS SO GOOD THAT GUITAR AUUUGHHGJGJJHG
On the contrary Arceus's theme (Diamond/Pearl) always will be my least favorite. Like I enjoy it and I get that its meant to be simple and the contrast to Giratina's but its just these drums that repeat and those fuckass flutes that hurt my ears. The drums are very rhythmically satisfying though,,, and i like how they remade it in Legends: Arceus!! Sorry not sorry dont strike me down Arceus
It goes without saying the Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald legendary theme is iconic and everything a legendary theme needs to be. THE HORNS THE ENERGY ITS JUST PERFECT OK but then again hoenn in general is peak
Ik people like to hate on Pokémon Sword/Shield but one thing I think it got right was its music. Zacien/Zamazenta's theme (both in the Slumbering Wield and after they are revealed) are SO fire. The way they incorporate the sword/shield clashing and the wolf howling into the song is EPIC The remix of the regis theme for the 2 new ones and the rest of the legendary themes are okay but I just love these stupid wolves themes
