Even though I'm just sitting around reading and doing a write-up or two, there's just something fulfilling about doing it in a coffee shop with live music. I'm listening to a performer I'll likely never see again doing songs I've never heard before, as is usually the case in this particular shop. It somehow makes the evening more real than if I did the same at home with Pandora running in the background.
