And she @herfinaf1 on ig, her real name is herfina fitriyani, as you can see, has heavily referenced my drawing.. I have messaged her a few months ago to say "I can see you've heavily referenced my drawings, please credit me."

At first she denied it, but ended up deleting all of her heavily referenced drawings from me (about 6 drawings), then blocked me

But now she has posted some of them again (i have a side account then accidentally stubbled across her account), and actually drew a new heavily referenced drawing /again/..

she's also taken to impersonating people in order to ruin their reputation, as for a short while she had a sideblog where she was impersonating kageitachi from deviantArt she was using to harass people with.

I am submitting this anonymously for personal reasons. 

I stumbled across an Australian Artist who is showcasing her work early next month, I do suspect that she may be including the plagiarized artwork in her showcase. (At which she will be selling work).

I haven't included any proof, as I think all the proof is visible in just looking at those two images.  I haven't been able to find a way to contact the Artist directly, but I'm not so good at this stuff, so someone else might be able to contact her and tell her that copying someone else's work and passing it off as your own is plagiarism and not acceptable.

DEVIANTART LETS THIS HAPPEN

semmetjuh.deviantart.com/ Almost all of this artist's gallery is stolen art. He takes screenshots of anime, traces it, and then publishes it on DeviantArt. I tried talking to him about several pieces, but he just keeps insisting that he only uses a 'reference photo' so it's not plagiarism. I've gone to an art school for 3 years now, I would be expelled if I turned in something like that. Anime IS a drawing, but he insists that what he does is not stealing. He blocked my comments and DeviantArt has ignored my reports. I need someone that will listen. The DeviantArt staff is doing nothing to stop this on going problem with so many deviants.  Here are just some of pieces he has stolen. ART THEFT, PROFIT, POPULARITY, AND DENIAL.

^ (more in links) The user Gear-Boy also known as Gearboy on memecenter (where he’s actually very popular) and funny junk is still stealing/copying/tracing art and getting away with it.

I attempted to talk to him about this, I was very sincere but he continued to lie to me and tell me I was wrong, finally then blocking me after getting the last say.

He’s hurt friends of mine, people I watch, people I follow.

He claims all he’s doing is referencing, denying the fact that what he’s doing is copying and tracing.

He’s taken commissions, taken real money with traced works.

Everyone keeps letting him get away with it, I think it’s time we stop that. Please spread this journal around and it’s information. There is a HUGE difference between “referencing” and straight up tracing and he doesn’t seem to want to admit that.
