These silicone punctal plugs (google them) are a gift from god I literally just fell asleep for like an hour and normally you'd wake up and your contacts would be dry a stuck to your eye, and I woke up and they were just as wet as when I fell asleep plus these ones are permanent I'm so happy with them.
