All of Paris seemed to be burning when Maleficent arrived. This Judge Frollo figure responsible for that interested her. For a man who claimed to be holy, his heart reeked of darkness. That meant that he'd be a perfect candidate to turn into a powerful Heartless for her army. All he needed was a little push.

The judge was seeking a woman named Esmeralda. She seemed to be an obsession of his. That made her a perfect target for Maleficent. She'd do nicely as a tool to aid in Frollo's descent further into darkness.

The girl was clever to be sure, but without real magic to protect her, Esmeralda was all too easy for Maleficent to locate.

"It appears that hiding can only get you so far, my dear."

Aster chokes on his the champagne he had been sipping as the familiar voice pipes up from behind him. He pulls a handkerchief from his pocket to cover his mouth and try not to spray liquid. He turns to look at the culprit, seeing smug violet eyes looking up at him from behind a lovely emerald mask.

"Don't be rude," Aster scolds once he's properly contained himself. "And don't say that so loudly, what if you hurt her feelings?" Tenmei opens his mouth, but Aster holds up a hand and shakes his head. "You know what? I already know the answer to that." He folds the handkerchief and, after finishing the glass of champagne, sets both aside before offering his hand to Tenmei.

"In the interest of avoiding your bullying the other guests, might I instead interest you in a dance?"

You could have at least added the questions for me! >:T AFFECTION.   how do you show affection? That depends on the person! For my son, daughter, and hubband, it's a lot of hugs and little touches here and there! But my youngest, Akari, doesn't really like being touched unless they're the ones to initiate, so my affection towards them is bringing them things or asking what they're doing! For my husband specifically, he gets lots of kisses and hugs! ....I don't know why I addressed that like you weren't the one asking me, Tenmei.

SWEETHEART.   did you have a childhood sweetheart? Yes!! I married him!! ...Well, we're not really married, but we're basically married.

TRUE LOVE.   does you believe in true love? I do.

EMBRACE.   does you like hugs? what are your hugs like? I love hugs!! I've been told my hugs are like a warm marshmallow! ^^

ROMANCE.   are you a romantic or a cynic? I like to think of myself as a realistic romantic! I do believe in true love and soulmates, but I also believe that you have to work really hard to make it work out! You can have all of the love in the world for someone, but if you aren't willing to work to maintain your relationship, it's going to fall apart eventually!
