The USAF Thunderbirds flew the F-84G Thunderjet in 132 shows from 1953 to 1954.

Workbench Friday (whatever):

I dug this Stearman off of the scrapheap. The tail stripe decal had cracked and pretty much ruined the build. I dug it out and hand painted the stripes onto the tail.

Also started this F-84, which I’ve had in the stash for ages. I built this kit about 20 years ago as Four Queens. This one will be FS-460. It’s nice to build a Tamiya, this is a really good solid kit.
