Tangled Like Us by Krista and Becca Ritchie
What to say, what to say.
Let me just get this out of the way: I’m not the biggest fan of Jane/Tatcher. And quite frankly I wouldn’t have minded if the book was purely about Maximoff and Farrow.
That being said, I did end up liking this book.
I’ve read everything there is to read of the Like Us-series as well as the Addicted-series. I liked Jane a ton, but I didn’t really have an opinion on Tatcher — I just felt that we hadn’t seen him so much.
And I was so wrapped up in the Marrow that when the focus shifted, I was thrown for a little loop. And my immediate reaction was disappointment, because I’m invested in Maximoff and Farrow now and I felt like I needed more.
In TLU we got quite a few glimpses of them, actually, which was great.
But it book itself was also really great. Getting to know both Jane and Tatcher was a good journey to go on, and it was hard to put the book down once I started it (which I consider one of the highest compliments).
I’m really looking forward to reading the next book!
