hey guys idk if u saw this coming but my bruce wayne is now exclusive with @f0rtomorrows’ clark kent. this means if im writing w ur char and there is no romantic dynamic at play between them, bruce ( depending on the trust he has for your character ) can and will mention clark/superman in a romantic sense when he interacts with your character.

heart racing, mind reeling, it takes percy a moment to remember where she is as she stares into the silent darkness. the mattress is unfamiliar beneath her, the air too quiet—and then clark speaks, and she remembers. they're visiting his parents for the weekend; she's been sleeping in their guest room. she'd had some sort of nightmare, though she doesn't remember any details. clark must've heard her heart rate or her breathing speed up from his childhood bedroom, and now he's stroking her hair with gentle fingers. "sorry," she mumbles. she reaches blindly, feeling her way up his forearm to cup his jaw. "didn't mean to wake you up, handsome. 'm okay. just a bad dream."

it's murmured against her neck, his breath tickling her skin as she settles in his lap. his broad hands are warm on her hips, for she wears only one of his work shirts unbuttoned nearly to her navel. she sighs as he noses at her throat and tangles her fingers in his hair with a little laugh. when she rolls her hips, she can feel him hard beneath her. it goes to her head like wine, leaves her beaming with self-satisfaction. "clearly," she teases with another roll of her hips. "all this for me, clark? i'm not even trying."

those words hit like an adamantium bullet - the only thing that could possibly hurt - right to the heart. nothing could have prepared him for those three simple words to hurt. the usually cheerful demeanor of clark is masked with anguish; what could he have possibly done to be met with this? bloodied knuckles clench to a fist to fight the sudden trembling; eyes meet the ground to hide the hurt in usually cold eyes.
“what are you talking about, bub?" a growl between clenched teeth, brows furrowed, “you can't just leave. you knew what you were getting into - accepting - when we got together. what's fucking wrong about it?” head finally lifts to show his eyes, expression cold once again, wanting to meet lover's gaze when he hears his bullshit reason.

it's new, still, this thing between them. tender and green like buds in spring. more than friends, a few dates between them, and yet they've not so much as kissed. she knows he wants to—she's caught the twitching of his fingers, the look of want when she draws near—but they agreed to take things slow. it's driving her half-mad, but there's something fun in it, like a challenge of her willpower: how long can she keep her hands to herself? not long, she fears, if he keeps talking like this.
