Making tshirst for seals is difficult guys
Do you have any good f1 diy ideas? i see all of your things in the lance tag and they’re so cool :D
Depending what's exactly is your main interest!
I love doing cross-stitch so i usually do that, you can do:
* embroidery hoops - a bigger design both a picture (like a car or a chibi version of a driver for example) or lettering (a quote or a joke); example: my one man wolf pack hoop
* embroidery on clothes - basically the same as in hoops but on clothes! You can either do bigger stuff or smaller accents like driver logo or a number; i dont have a direct example because i don't really like doing embroidery on clothes haha u can enjoy this charmander i did for a friend
* embroidery key-chains - this one is a super cute example in my opinion you make smaller design in hoop and then cut it out and add a backing so it doesn't fall apart then add some beads and stuff; sadly i cant find a picture of a fully finished one, but I did one with alex albon for a lovely person here and i did a chibi alex + his helmet, here's a progress pic
* beaded embroidery - this one isn't finished yet so no example pic, but its embroidery on clothes using beads, you can look it up on tiktok or youtube and you can see a lot of examples!
How to get a pattern? There's a lot of ways. U can obviously buy one, but be careful and check reviews, because a lot of them now are ai :/ Other ways are very simple tho You can either get one from pinterest - a lot of people share them for free, or simply make one using pixel art! Because cross-stitch is basically pixel art using a thread! Here for example one of my patterns I made in a pixel art app:
Now moving away from embroidery if its not your thing
* friendship bracelets - i think the most popular form because people love exchanging them and wearing them! Not my thing to make, but I got some from a lovely person from here (i keep one in my car haha):
* paper models - again, not really my thing, but I have a friend who loves making them. Warning, you need a looooot of patience. And glue.
* painting on material - one of my main things. U can paint on clothes or for example a tote bag! U can get special fabric paint so it stays. When it comes to patterns I usually do one of this things:
- free-hand like my "Grifter's Bone" crop top
- make a stencil! Like my LS 18 ones, u can then re-do the same pattern on multiple things. Just sketch it out on some paper, cut it out (no scissors, u can either get a special crafts knife or a razor blade), tape it on a thing u want to paint and dab dab dab with a sponge! Just be careful not to use too much water with your paint like i did and ruin your work
- use a screen to trace the pattern. It can either be an image or a text. You can use a laptop, a tablet or a phone! Put it on maximum brightness, put it under the cloth and trace with something, preferably a fabric chalk or a fabric marker that will dissappear later on. Fair warning, tracing can be difficult especially if you can't lock your screen!
Additional tip: always put a piece of cardboard between layers of what you're painting, because the paint will bleed on the other side!
I hope I helped a little haha If you have any additional questions, please be free to ask! My DMs are also open if you prefer it that way 💛
Ngl guys this is so fun to do
Im not gonna do the whole thing, just this border + text under and I think about adding Lance's logo
Btw thanks everyone for tips, i fixed the placement
Now i need to do the back and then bedazzle the shit out of it
I'm doing another DIY and can't decide if the letters are too high???
The picture is crap but im going to delete it later i just need an opinion
It's heat-erasable pen so its easy to switch up
