F1's Next Top Model- Episode 1
Based on something Cara said on twitter
"So, for this week's photoshoot, we went to Monza! And all of you had to pose on the track, surrounded by tires!" announced Bernie excitedly. He loved photoshoots. He enjoyed thinking of new scenarios to put his models through (sadly, his suggestion of making them all pose on top of the race control central was vetoed by, well, everyone).
"Here's how everybody did!"
The first call out was Nico Rosberg
"Nico, you truly excelled in this challenge. You took direction well, and you used the tires to get an excellent photo. You were very adaptable, especially in the cold conditions. The photographer especially thought you were very delightful to work with," said Bernie, smiling. Nico blushed and giggled. Yes! He was on the right track. He was going to be F1's Next Top Model. All his dreams were coming true!
"Keep up the good worl, Nico. Well done," Bernie said, handing Nico his photo.
Following Nico was Jenson Button. He was praised as well, but slightly criticized for complaining a little too much.
"You see, Jenson, good models take what they have and use it to their advantage. Your photo was great, but you need to make sure that you keep the complaining to a minimum. If you build a reputation as a difficult model, you won't be booked by many people. So keep that in mind," said Bernie, giving Jenson his photo as well. Jenson didn't look as happy as Nico. It wasn't his fault. It was really cold! And the tires weren't really helping.
Following him was Sebastian Vettel, who was a particular favourite of Bernie's. He was just so blonde. And tall.
Gradually, all the drivers got called out. Charles Pic was commended for the quality of his smize. Bruno Senna was criticized for being a bit stiff.
Finally, there were only two drivers left. Lewis Hamilton and Narain Karthikeyan.
"Lewis. Your photo was good, but we received serious complaints about your attitude. You cannot blame the photographer for your inability to get a good photo. Likewise, you cannot blame the weather and/or the tyres for your problems. You need to learn to develop a better working attitude." Lewis nodded sullenly.
"Narain, you need to be a bit faster in taking direction. We appreciate that you are trying to do your best, but you need to be more versatile."
"Lewis, Narain. There are two of you standing in front of me. I have only one photo of in my hand. The driver whose name I do not call must return to the Paddock Club immediately, pack his bags- and go home."
"Lewis," Bernie said, giving Lewis a photo in which he looked like he was going to punch someone.
Narain nodded stoically and went to shake the hands of the other drivers, as he left. So there were only 23 drivers left in the contest to become F1's Next Top Model. The frontrunner was Nico, but the Top Model panel was thinking of making gelled hair illegal, because that was what seemed to be giving him most of the advantage.
Bernie yawned as he went to his hotel room. What should he put his drivers through make his drivers do?
Bernie yawned. The answer would come to him in the morning... Hopefully.
