after helping lincoln finish his homework, he figured the best way to reward him would be to go get ice cream. the duo made their way to the ice cream place, carrying the kid in his arms that way he could get a better view of the different flavors they have. he could tell his eyes sparkled with pure happiness when he saw the many different ice cream, looking at his father with joy. can i try them all? eli chuckled and shook his head, "not today, bud, but you can choose one." lincoln had a tough decision to make as he made his thinking face. hmm, i want... chocolate. two scoops! eli told the worker their order, placing the boy down to grab their ice cream before walking over to the closest empty table they found, giving lincoln his treat.
