Word got around quickly that there was a rehearsal diner being held for Talia and Aidan’s wedding All it took was one cousin mentioning it over the New Year celebration and it trickled to Lila and her mother soon after. She wasn’t completely surprised there was no invite but it bothered her anyway. How dare her sister not invite her after Lila did everything for her when they were kids? And to add salt to the wound, Lila learned that Kalani had been chosen as the man of honor. How ridiculous. Everything about this damned wedding was insane and she couldn’t possibly be the only one to see that. Maybe she’d drop some sense into Aidan. Once she arrived and grabbed a program, Lila slid into the seat beside Kalani’s husband, rolling her eyes as she watched Talia and their cousin. “Hi James. What did I miss?”

Annoying James has been a hobby of Nathan’s pretty much since the first day they arrived in the house, and he wasn’t going to stop anytime soon. Honestly, half the time, he didn’t even mean to do it on purpose but James got so offended so easily by everything Nathan said, Nathan might as well make a game out of it. After the whole ‘James wasn’t homophobic after all’ dilemma, James was proving to be one of the most interesting people in the house. Obviously, Nathan got along better with people like Scarlett and Nick, but James held his attention quite a lot. James has always given Nathan the entertainment he needed on a daily basis.

James’ disdain for Nathan to go out by the pool while he was there only, naturally, made Nathan want to do exactly that. Which was why, on the next day the two of them had off and Nathan knew James was by the pool, he changed into his swim trunks, put on some sunscreen and headed outside to have a little fun with his favorite person. “James, my boy,” Nathan called out with a grin the second James’ head was out of the water so he could clearly hear Nathan. “Enjoying your swim?” Nathan added, sitting down on the edge of the pool so he could put his legs into the water and then lean back against his elbows. 

“You don’t mind me joining you, do you?” Nathan grinned, knowing fully well by the look on James’ face that he absolutely minded, and he minded greatly. Well, too bad. This was his pool too and he honestly did want to get some more color onto his skin; he always looked good with a tan.

It had already been way too long since Blaine had seen Cooper and the little puppy they had gotten. It wasn't ideal that they didn't live together while deciding to get a dog together but of course they'd make it work. And like this he would see his older brother a lot more, which never was a bad thing. He quickly dressed out of his pajamas and threw on something simple, not caring too much about how he looked. He got into his car and drove the short distance to his older brother's house before knocking on his door and patiently waiting.

[Blaine hummed softly as he continued kissing James, who he was settled upon while he was laying on the couch. His hips way too close to the other's when they knew their older brother was going to arrive soon enough. He really hadn't planned on getting into it this much but the both of them really couldn't help themselves. He ran his hand over his brother's sweaty chest to tweak one of his nipples, hoping to get a moan from him. He nibbled on Jay's bottom lip for a moment before kissing him passionately again, his tongue exploring James' mouth.]

[Blaine really didn't think when he stepped into his car and drove to his brother's house, he just really wanted to see him. The last few days hadn't been good for their relationship as brothers and he really wanted to change that. Pretty much the only times Blaine saw James, he was drunk, so he hoped he'd catch him in a sober state. He knocked on the door as he arrived and took a deep breath. He was going to act like his brother, because that's what Blaine needed now, he needed his brother.]
