After the reveal of The Moon it only seemed appropriate I reveal The Stars so here they are!

And, The Stars are now officially open for asks!

Ink’s design is definitely subject to change but let me know what you guys think of him!

Oh and just a fun note, Ink’s eyelights only change shape, not color!

So is Dream’s crown a save point because of his savior complex? And how he thinks he needs to “save” Nightmare.

I’ve actually never really thought about this!!!

But I think it’s more with the idea of resets, Dream’s constantly “resetting,” He’s stuck in the past unable to move on.

And it was the villagers who gave him the circlet. They ingrained these ideas into him. His perception of the village and Dreamtale as a whole is what’s holding him back.

But also, yeah. He definitely has a savior complex thinking he needs to save Nightmare. It’s a weight he’s put upon his own shoulder (or in this case head I suppose) and its a self prescribed “duty”

The one thing is that at the end of the day he’s the one who’s choosing to keep it on everyday and he can choose take it off.

Honestly everything is up to interpretation and I LOVE theories and such!!! I’m super happy people are able to interpret more meaning from it all!!

And I’m totally keeping this idea in my back pocket :D

I did totally skip over the other asks for this one since I loved it so much but I’ll get back to the order now, I’ve been working on a comic for one which it’s part of why it’s been a while 🥲

Also sorry about being so quiet! Chapter 1 is gonna be posted hopefully sometime this week! I’ve been finalizing the overall story and cleaning up the first chapter’s writing so soon

It’s mainly been so long because of busyness and motivation problems and I think I started the blog a little prematurely for what I was ready for. But I decided to not overthink the story too much and bit the bullet to start writing.. and the story’s really simple honestly

BUT SOON!

And for spoilers, well I don’t have too many, but I will say that besides Nightmare and Dream the next most important character is probably Ink for more than a few reasons :)
