You may be considering some kind of gauged out facial piercing, and those look pretty cool! Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to do it, I’m too afraid of big aesthetic changes. But! Keep this in mind while you consider your new cheek or lip holes: 

How will I give you rescue breaths if I’m giving you CPR? 

See, step one is jostling you a bit and asking loudly if you are okay. Then I have someone call an ambulance and run for an AED. After this I’ll strip the clothing away from your upper torso, check for breathing, and begin chest compressions. After 30 compression at a minimum 100 per minute, I will clamp my hand over your mouth and try to cover your holes as a push two one-second breaths into your nose, watching (and hoping) for chest rise. Start over at compressions and repeat until the AED or ambulance arrives, or until you start throwing up and hacking so I can roll you on your side and welcome you back. 

So yeah. It could still be done. But it’s only getting that much more difficult.

Hot Topic increased the size of their body jewelry collection. I now have the option to wear owls, batman, superman, anchors, rasta colors in my face holes. I'm so excited because its about time for me to pick up a new batch of metal. All of my balls are broke. (heheh)

Sooooo I like septums but I'm afraid my nose is too big or round or something. I also like monroes and just little nose studs, but I don't know what would look good on me.

And again, the problem with nose shape and I just have only seen nose things on people with cute tiny upturned ones and that is not what I have at all (except the cute part because I do think my nose is pretty cute.)
