What does being in one of those wonderful hypnosis/brainwashing chairs feel like?

I'm gonna put out a diagram for the first session machines soon, but the training there is pretty intense

Subjects are purposefully made to forget their time there because that is when their mind gets its core alterations, we install failsafes to prevent any accidents from happening later on

The session is divided in three parts: the first is preparation, where the machine gathers data about the pet's body by stimulating it until the right arousal level is reached

At the same time the visor induces a trance, lowering resistance. This may take a while depending on the subject, that is why we use full body machines to monitor vitals and brain activity- visual and physical stimulation work in tandem, not autonomously

Once the pet's mind is 'open' enough for rewriting, the second phase begins. This one is the most intense and by far the longest.

By this time the algorithm in the machine is able to control what the subject feels with high accuracy which is needed to reinforce the programming, usually every trigger installment is paired with an orgasm (a process which is repeated until the mind has absorbed it)

In between the safety measures the rewriting also blurs the subject's past memories and subtly alters their personality to make them ready for their future training. Though most pets are usually way too mush brained to think of anything by this point, some may notice their desires grow stronger, fantasies twisting and past memories shifting to fit their new mold- though there is very little point in thinking about anything than the present, we make sure of that

By the end of the second phase the subject should be permanently rewired and primed for training, as a result of the methods used for the session, their sensitivity and libido are also heightened permanently

The third and last part of their stay in the chair is to stabilize the subject, after their mind has undergone what is a pretty heavy scrambling the machine makes sure everything goes back in place, hiding the evidence of what has been done (the triggers installed are only meant to be used in an emergency after all)

After a brief test to make sure the programming has taken stable hold the pet is worked back down to their previous self, ready to be molded by our training

The subject is then allowed to fall into unconsciousness and then taken out of the machine, washed, given the facility mark (usually a tattoo on the under navel area, but it can vary), clothed and brought to their room

On their first session, ensure subject's senses are subtly numbed to prevent future issues. Initiate connection to his dreams for future manipulation.

Once awake, approach professionally and initiate checkup. Do not ignore resistance, instead praise any compliance shown. Repeat until the subject is willing to undress for examination.

While the subject is asleep, subtly influence his dreams to shift his view of medical staff to be more favorable. Slowly introduce wet dreams mixed with the subject's memories of past examinations.

Do not let the subject touch themselves during this period, if he tries do interrupt however you can.

Repeat the cycle of daily check ups while rewarding the subject with praise, offer space and help in case of sensory issues to earn his trust.

Slowly, start acting like or referencing the staff in his dreams, heighten the intensity of it as much as is possible to do while maintaining a professional look until the subject lets himself get visibly aroused around you. Do not simply indulge him, instead offer treatment as if it were any other issue. If the subject were to be hesitant, repeat the daily process until his desperation reaches optimal level before asking again.

Upon acceptance, lead the subject to an appropriate medical room (make sure the machine of your choosing has a screen for him to look at) and let him sit in the machine by his own will. Conduct the treatment properly and let him head back to his room once climax occurs.

During his sleep, intensify the dreams until the subject is visibly aroused nearly every time he wakes. Offer treatment as usual and start adding subliminal triggers to induce a trance.

The training should be split in two here: one during the subject's awake state with the objective of keeping him aroused for as long as possible, the other during the subject's trance state.

Staff lore?

I already spoke about employee types and roles here, but something I haven't gotten into is their own personal visor

You see, staff isn't safe from brainwashing either, their upper face mask which provides information and a means to communicate with other members also serves as a subtle rewriting device. The stakes are just too high to rely on trust only after all

From the moment they're recruited and trained to work as staff their mind is subtly altered and they are placed under surveillance both at work and outside of it. The higher in ranks the more they are trusted with knowledge and free will (usually just enough to complete their tasks and not arise suspicion)

Pets that are part of the help crew also double as spies to report any suspicious behavior to the higher ups since they are rarely even considered smart enough to carry out any task, while individuals who manage to earn the facility's trust will be tasked with keeping tabs over the lower ranks. Funnily enough, it's the pets that are the most aware of the brainwashing, as all staff believes themselves to be completely lucid. Only Dr. Pink and her highest associates have the privilege of keeping their minds intact, if they ever were in the first place

How can someone become an employee, and what do employees do?

It started off as a trusted people of trusted people kind of line of employment, but as it developed there have been ways to scout out what person would be optimal for the job through data analysis and a bit of cyberstalking

Employees mainly take care of the training of the pets, the lower ranks take care of surveillance/security while the higher ones are more hands on

All staff needs to go through training courses to learn about the human body, manipulationpsychology, how our machines work, etc...

Doctors and experts are tasked with planning out the subject's training as well as monitoring their condition (nurses usually take care of routine checkups and relay it to the assigned doctor), while trainers take care of molding the pets and basically assume the role of temporary master for the subjects

Trainers also branch out in 'beta testers', who act as a partner/owner/audience/etc during simulations to check for any flaws in the subject's programming so far

Researchers are also present, and those usually work on test subjects and pets who have permanent residence at the facility, those also branch out in coding specialists, engineers, surgeons, etc

Basically the facility requires a wide variety of staff! Despite the presence of working bots human presence and supervision is very much needed

Of course trust is imperative in the facility so employees (especially new ones) are expected to prove themselves through their work, hereby giving the facility blackmail material (plus there is a reason why their work uniform includes a visor, wink wink)

For their secrecy and work they receive gratitious pay and access to the ground's stress relief crew as well as 'trust points' from the facility, which could land them in the facility's circle later on
