However, as Units on higher floors have better views and are far from the influence of the Energies on the ground, I go with the following viewpoint: If your Apartment happens to be on the 9th Floor or below, then the Facing Direction has to follow that of the entire Building , irrespective of where your own Front Door is facing. To determine which is the Facing Direction of the entire Building, the same guidelines apply as in Single Detached Buildings, and it need not necessarily be the direction where the Front Entrance is facing. However, if your Apartment is ABOVE the 9th Floor, then you can consider it to be independent of the whole Building, and the Window with the BEST VIEW would determine the Facing Direction of the entire Apartment. If all Views are blocked by Buildings or afflicted by “Poison Arrows”, then the Front Door would have to dictate the Facing Direction.
