Pietro Maximoff Fact 19!
He is dead and never coming back.
Fact 19.
Now i know i didn't really "give it a chance" but i watched the first 2 minutes of rules of engagement and PPPFFFFFFFFT instantly hated it.
Thought I'd give it a try because it has a very similar description as How I Met Your Mother but it's characters are infinitely less likeable, and just no.
All I can say is that at two minutes in, HIMYM had a firm, loving grip on the very core of my heart and at two minutes, all ROE could do was remind me how comparatively better HIMYM was.
The "Lily" character doesn't love the "Marshall" character as much as Lily loves Marshall. The "Barney" character isn't as full of suits and as rich with layers. And the plot is not building to anything all-encompassing, deeply passionate, nostalgic, romantic, happy, loving, fate-filled, epic and fucking god-damned shit-my-pants-I-CAN'T-FUCKING-WAIT-FOR-NEXT-SEASON-TO-BEGIN,-NO-NETFLIX,-SHOWING-ME-FUCKING-RULES-OF-ENGAGEMENT-WILL-NOT-FILL-THE-HOLE-OF-HIMYM-IN-MY-LIFE fantastic.
. . . . . .
. . .
. . . .
I do like the marshal character's voice tough . . . he's made me laugh . . . he's the voice of kronk in the emperors new groove . . .
Fact 019

Fact 19: INFJs struggle to express their thoughts because these thoughts are on a different plane of existence from everyone else's thoughts. When they do express them, it tends to cause things like madness, mental trauma, and mind-blowing for everyone around them.
Fact Number Nineteen: I'm a huge mythology geek...
So my cousin just posted something that reminded me of this and I'm totally skipping all of my LISTY LIST of LISTY THINGS, to post this before I forget. I am so hardcore into mythology. Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Native American, Norse, I could go one forever. There is no mythology that I have stumbled upon that I just haven't wanted to immerse myself in.
I'm not saying I'm fluent in them all or anything. I'm a novice with most things that aren't Greek or Norse, but still just the sheer brilliance of all these cultures and the way they viewed the world. It's like opening a time capsule with each new book I get and read over. It's interesting to see how the world was viewed by their eyes and what the religious people of their time came up with to explain such a tumultuous world.
So yeah. I love mythology.
#19: I am a shameless cuddlewhore
All the bros may now commence approaching me.
