starting next acceptance, we’ll be implementing a rule that you must be interacting within 24 hours of sending your account in. we didn’t want to do this at first but we’ve had people take advantage of being accepted and not posting.
and finally, just a small side note - we’ve added an ‘faq’ tag to the main where you can find answers to all things related to the group and the factory without having to go through everything we’ve answered! hopefully this helps a bit.

now that everyone is settled in from the opening, we’re coming at you with a weekly schedule! we had everyone vote in a survey for what they were interested in. everyone seemed to want a bit of everything with more votes leaning toward character development, connections and plot drops. so, thank you! it was super helpful. for future reference, this will be on our navigation and you can find it here. all of these things are subject to change based on the roleplay, members and activity. we’ll certainly let you know if it does!
monday – from monday to tuesday, an ask meme or honesty hour will be posted on the starter blog. from there, you’ll be able to opt in by posting a link to your ask box on your blog. if you don’t want to participate that week, you can shut off your ask box to avoid any questions!
tuesday – as stated above, ask memes and honesty hours will continue throughout tuesday. alongside this, tuesday is an acceptance day! acceptance time is announced a few hours before acceptance.
wednesday – for this day, we’ll be reblogging roleplaying tips, guides, resources, and other need-to-knows in the starter blog!
thursday – every two weeks, a task will be posted. tasks never “expire” per se, nor are they required but giving two weeks allows for members to focus on them for an extended period of time. thursday is also an acceptance day! acceptance time is announced a few hours before acceptance.
friday – when we have events, they’ll be posted on a friday and typically will last a week so everyone has time to get a substantial amount of writing done! right now, we’re aiming to do one once a month (probably toward the end of each month) but that’s subject to change.
saturday – saturday is an acceptance day! acceptance time is announced a few hours before acceptance.
sunday – when we have plot drops, they’ll be posted on a sunday. we’re aiming to do a plot drop once a month (probably toward the beginning of each month) but that’s subject to change.

we’re going to start receiving applications starting today. however, the group won’t be accepting and open for interactions until a week from now so we can get a good amount of people first. if you have any questions or inquires, i’ll be around to answer them. i’m excited to see all the different characters!

unfortunately, i’m going to be putting the factory to a close. i’m really sad to say this because i did want to continue but even with extra help, i just really don’t have time at this point in my life. the past month or so, i’ve stretched myself way too thin and always having the group as a responsibility isn’t something good for me at present. i have other things to focus on and i’ve absolutely no muse for my characters due to everything going on.
i really do want to give it another shot in the future and potentially revamp some things but i’m unable to give a time at which that would be happening. thanks to everyone who has stuck around and hopefully we can all come together another time! the main will be staying in place but i will be cleaning it up and deleting some stuff. please do not take the concept and/or recreate the group.
hey pals! since we’ve gotten a few inquires about this sort of thing, i decided to throw together a masterlist where you can see all character information and out of character information. there will still be a taken faceclaim list and i’ll still be posting character biographies. this is just a go-to page for just about any info you need to know. i think it should help everyone out!
and please do not hesitate to reach out if you see a mistake, i tried my best to double check everything but i’ve been starring at it for awhile so may have missed something.
happy friday! we are accepting tomorrow. however, we’d like to announce that members that were accepted last saturday (08/03) are now able to apply for a second character if they’d like. everyone’s been active and we’re super grateful for that! hopefully we’ll see more of your muses running around here soon.
