closed starter from luca alexander for @fadcdaway
luca was doing what luca did best; minding his own damn business. he was the kind of guy that told you exactly what he was thinking, when he was thinking it. he didn’t gossip, nor did he eavesdrop. his business was his business and yours, well, that was yours. he didn’t overthink, he couldn’t read between the lines even if he tried. his wife hated it, absolutely loathed that he was so lax about basically everything. he made good money, he didn’t need to worry about bills, there was always some idiot out there willing to pay good money for him to take aesthetic shots of their pomeranian. but today, today was for him. he brought his camera with him everywhere he went, always with his bag around his shoulder just in case the opportunity arose because wildlife was well and truly unpredictable. but for a man with patience like luca? he could wait for hours to get a good shot.
and that’s when he heard the voice, just as the turtle slid back into the water. luca turned his head to see what all the commotion was when he saw the girl approaching him. angry? yikes. women must really have it in for me today. first his wife, now this attractive stranger. “i’m sorry, what --” luca frowned, completely aghast by her statement.
