Fading Thoughts

Cycling at dawn under heavy clouds that only let fall a mist of rain. The type that barely leaves a mark on you; vanishing at the touch of your skin. Orange street lamps reflected in the damp bitumen, there for an instant before escaping from your peripheries. Everything is still quiet at this hour. It doesn’t last.
