CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT – Fall Celebrations
Many cultures have a fall festival or something to celebrate the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. For the Norse, it is Vetrnætr, also known as Winter Nights. For the Gaelic, it is Samhain, which was adopted by many pagan religions. The Christians turned it into All Saint's Day and then it was modernized into Halloween. What does your character celebrate and what traditions do they carry on to this day? Do they celebrate Halloween or not? Are there rituals they carry out? What does this time of year mean to them, to their family, to their race? Feel free to write, post pictures or both ;)
Every Wednesday we post a character development question and we will try to keep it interesting. Participation is not strictly mandatory (though highly encouraged to get to know your character better), but we think it’s fair to ask that everyone answers at least one per month (as stated in the rules regarding prompts).
Please tag all answers to this with #faemasonsprompt. Answers are not common knowledge, but are considered canon for the character. Prompts may be answered at any time, but preferably within the week they are given.
