Characters of my favorite book in the whole wide world~! Air Awakens Series by Elise Kova.  I have reread the series again for the umpteenth time, and each time my heart never fails to feel their genuine love for each other. <3

Her world was changing faster than she could keep up. But his arms remained around her - firm and unmoving. Perhaps that was what he’d meant. They were okay. This one beautiful and unexpected thing she could rely on when everything else was gone - that was still okay.
