“It’s okay.” Vi pressed her eyes closed, feeling the intricate embroidery that covered his chest sink into her skin as she tried to remove all space between them. Nothing was okay. Her world was changing faster than she could keep up. But his arms remained around her - firm and unmoving. Perhaps that was what he’d meant. They were okay. This one beautiful and unexpected thing she could rely on when everything else was gone - that was still okay.

I love that the symbols actually mean something and are relevant to the book that they appear on. And even better? The design will appear on the front AND back.
And if you’re wondering if the Air Awakens series will be getting the same treatment, the answer is... YES!!! Eventually! Elise plans on doing a special edition for the five year anniversary that will include redesigned hardcovers, new interior formatting, and other wonderful goodness. No release date yet, but it will happen. 💛
