I think my brain just hates me

#I was finally having a good week yknow #last week sucked and I was excited to start feeling normal again #but nope I guess #I’m dissociating to an extreme degree #failing therapy #suffering intrusive thoughts #and being forced to acknowledge my shitty family dynamic again #and feeling guilty about it on top of a lot of other things #the rat rambles #vent

god two weeks ago i told my therapist i was gonna listen to one episode of tma a day and that i wasn’t really that into it yet, and i was gonna focus on my schoolwork and greek mythology instead.

about 170 episodes, only one myth book read, and a 3.8 gpa later she’s gonna be quite confused with my time management and my coping skills (and when tf i got sleep) (spoiler i did not sleep)
