Eobard is not really a materialistic person. The nature of his abilities as a speedster and the fact that he keeps running from one timeline to the next means he cannot really carry much with him to begin with.
With that having been said,
Something Eobard carries with him at all times is his Reverse Flash ring. In addition to housing his costume and having the means with interface with various future technologies, the ring carries a secondary, deeper meaning for him.
He didn’t have the Reverse Flash ring when he first gained his powers. The Flash suit he had found within the time capsule had come with a Flash Ring of its own, and that was the ring he was wearing when he first fought Barry and when Rose got struck by several bolts of lightning and got terribly injured. After that ordeal, grief stricken and vengeful, he made himself a new costume and a new ring. One forged out of the memories he had with Rose, one that would constantly remind him why he ran and why he hated the Flash so much.
One that was made out of his wedding band.
