🍺🍺🍺🍺¾ • Fairweather Brewing Co. Fuzz Peach Sour w/ Ginger & Vanilla ABV:5.0% • IBU:❓ • Fuzzy/ juicy peach begins the sip with an effervescent carbonation level and extremely mild sourness. Vanilla immediately follows in the mid-sip to give a silky smooth mouthfeel. The ginger makes its appearance right before the finish, to tickle the tastebuds with a spiced bite into the aftertaste. @fairweatherbeer #fairweatherbrewing • I finished up all the yard work yesterday morning and sat down on my patio furniture to have a cold one. Little did I know, I made the perfect choice. This is a great beer for a nice hot day, complex and down right delicious. Sedona IPA w/ Strat, El Darado & Simcoe ABV:6.0% • IBU:65 • Flavours of peach, mango and melon are most prevalent in the beginning, providing a juicy, medium to full bodied mouthfeel. The mid-sip reveals piney hops that slowly builds into a more dank, bitter conclusion. @fairweatherbeer #fairweatherbrewing • I think If I had this one at the beginning of my craft beer drinking journey, I would not have liked it. That being said, my tolerance for bitter and hoppy flavours has improved and this one is just on the edge of what I find enjoyable now. This is actually the first time I will be trying beer from this brewery. I stumbled across a post that indicated they were opening up for online orders and curb side pick-ups after a small shutdown.
