#faitakis (à Palais de Tokyo)
Art work by Stelios Faitakis. The first time I saw his work was one the Biënale in Venice a few years ago. And to be honest, I was awestruck.
THe funny thing is, that evey once in a while I stumble acros his work again. And it stays amazing. I really admire the quality of his paining and the way he illustrates things that are essencialy all to humane and part of society. The work reminds me of early cristian art, mixed with the gruesomness of Dante Alighieri's description of hell.
And what better place to share someting you admire than a tumblr blog.
