Hi, I work at a cafe in a major bookstore as well, and I just wanted to let you know that this is the best blog I've happened upon in months. haha so happy to know others feel my "we don't take Starbucks cards" pain! On an average day we get asked that question and yelled at approximately 5-10 times an hour. It makes me want to drink an entire bucket of frap roast.
