where I got 'Ground and Fire type' and a fish form. So here is a Pokémon based on a deep water eel-pout which can be found near thermal vents in the sea.

I like the idea it has a 'deep sleep form' that can't use physical attacks until it's hit with a fire attack, and it becomes 'awake'.

It might need to be resistant to water attacks in some form; or maybe not so it's a bit of a glass cannon? Not sure there.
