Third reveal: Cuya ☆

Cuya is an infamous fellow orphan, fun loving and impulsive. He lives in the moment, following his feelings! Until it's time to pay Bailey... He's seen all that Bailey has prepared for those who don't pay, and thus, his impulses get worse, and it becomes a whirlpool with no bottom.

During Blood Moons, it's Cuya's time to expose others the way he often is. It's not enough to strip. Cuya takes it fruther, skinning, cutting open, and making an exhibition of his sacrifices' innards.

Getting the Fish TF

There's a reason you haven't heard about this particular transformation, despite seeing all sorts of other oddities in Dolville. For one, it can be especially tricky to acquire. And the ones who do rarely return from the depths...

Those beneath the waves are kind, kinder than those on land. They love relentlessly, selflessly, and without ever expecting anything in return. There are no debts to be paid underwater. What a breath of fresh air... but you can't actually breathe down here, can you? If only you could stay. ...maybe it's worth trying. After all, theirs is a kindness you would happily drown in.

To those willing to brave the waters without fleeing back to land, you may be rewarded with scales, a tail, and even gills. But while a whole new world may open up to you, it might result in leaving your old life behind.

Traits: 

Gills: You no longer run out of breath while diving.

Fins: Helps you succeed at swimming skill checks. Your fins and scales make you more conspicuous. Spending a full day on land causes stress and pain.

But how does one go about acquiring a fish tf?

For those who have animals and swarms disabled: Congrats! Merfolk exist, and you can become one through frequent interaction!

Otherwise, the explanation is much more complicated:

Fish tfs can be obtained through aquatic swarms (aka Fish and Eels). Dolphins are notably not counted toward a fish tf—they're mammals, not fish, with entirely different behaviors and intelligence.

In terms of the science behind it: a fish tf is formed much like the sexual parasitism found in angler fish.

(be grateful for my silly trackpad drawings, you don't want to look at a real anglerfish. Trust me, they're awful.)

Fish latch onto the body, attaching themselves and (if given the time to do so) fusing their tissues with yours. The beginning stages of acquiring this tf involves lots of little dangling bits, like giant skin tags, hanging awkwardly off the body.

But they're fish, and if you leave the water too soon they will jump off and remove any new progress made toward the tf. You have to stay submerged long enough for them to properly fuse with you, until everything from their senses to their sense of self disappear and they truly become a part of you. Only then, once you're sharing a blood stream, can they stay without instinctually retreating from the dry air.

(Understandably, most people don't make it this far.)

Fish that attach themselves to the chest have their mass absorbed into the skin, leaving behind a smattering of scales and adding one chest size (ex: flat -> budding). But most of the fish attach below the waist, and these layers of fish eventually reform into a stereotypical mermaid tail.

The last change to develop are the gills, as the body is forced to adapt to its new habitat. (Whether the PC can hide the tail Little Mermaid style and temporarily reform legs, acquiring a high pain penalty and stress if they end the day on land, or are forever confined to the water after the tf takes hold...is a matter of preference 👍 this is a fake tf, after all)

Also likely: the eyes develop a protective film so they can stay open under water, and some minor cold resistance is built up. (Though whether a fish tf PC can actually survive a winter underwater is unknown... this could be yet another reason you don't see many around.)

The last member of the cult is... Loupe?

A fellow orphan who once swore by the Temple. He fell and lost his white wings, but got them back by permanently accepting Virgo's burden and being marked for it. He's now sworn to eradicate the corruption of town, by any means necessary.

As the most recent addition, Loupe hasn't participated in the Blood Moon rituals yet... still, his sights are set only on the Elk's Children.

Second reveal: Fichi ☆

Fichi is a recognized model and masseur, tho she hates to be bothered. Despite looking delicate, she's blunt and rude. She's open about hating the town and most people in it.

During Blood Moons, Fichi's ritual is based in the myth that bathing in blood will make your more beautiful. Since everyone is so obsessed with her beauty, they can be open, cut, and crushed so their blood contribute tos it. Isn't that great? It really is the pettiest revenge.
