The last few poppies I make each year to honour and remember Paul lightfoot are leaving me today, every stitch I make reminds me of how very brave Paul was, and also that they gave their lives to keep us free and safe, we owe our fallen a huge amount of respect irrespective of whether you agree with ‘wars’ or not. They signed up, they gave their biggest gift, Life, for us.
