Starter for @fallenleaderkhan
The young fox Faunus sat in a tall tree, reclining against the trunk. Hopefully, she had received his invitation. Ash had sent a letter to Sienna Khan, leader of the White Fang, asking her to meet with him in a certain forest in Northern Mistral. It had told her that she was allowed to bring her personal guard, but any acts of violence from them would be met with “swift and severe prejudice”. He had ended the letter with the signature, “The Greyfox”. This was not a spelling error; “greyfox” in Northern Mistral vernacular meant different things, most involving some secret, deceptive, or treasonous matter. Actually, it was usually used in the context of “traitor”. He doubted she would know this, as it was only here that the stigma truly existed.
Soon, he heard footsteps. Quickly donning the grey mask designed after a fox (redundantly enough), he stood on the limb, which wasn’t so high up that he would hurt himself from jumping. As they came closer, and he identified the other Faunus, he smirked beneath his mask, before jumping down. He landed, then slowly rose. Upon closer inspection, the “face” he wore seemed eerily similar to that of a White Fang mask. It was almost as if by wearing this, he was mocking them. He stood silently, his unblinking yellow eyes peering out of the mask. Then, using a voice scrambler built into the mask, he said in a distorted voice, “I take it you received my invitation?”
