The Guardian Titans of Remnant.
Within the realm of Remnant, there are the Grand Titans those that are ancient and have since Remnants ancient past called the Age of Antiquity, created by that of the God of Light Solaris and the God of Darkness Baphomet. Then there came the semi-titans those that have evolved and adapted over the Age of Resurgence or are offspring of a fallen Titan (Not a Grand Titan) now shortened down to between 50-82 feet tall. Unlike the Titans which can reach around between 110 or 150 feet tall.
However, there are the Titans that are off spring of Grand Titans, while not claiming the 100 feet tall status marking them as mere semi-titans. However, that is not to say that they also wield the vaunted strength of their sires. In order to prevent a ecological breakdown both Solaris and Baphomet only chose five Grand Titans to have a Guardian Titan as their offspring. This is only to prevent any form of ecological collapse or even threatening entire ecosystems. These five Guardian Titans would survive the Age of Darkness into the Age of Peace (RWBY's Vol 1-3) and be brought into action during the Age of Fallen Kingdoms (RWBY Vol 4-9)
The location of these Titans are spotted across all of Remnant as they would go by urban legends or by stories told by ancient ruins found by the Historical Hunters of Remnant.

Pictured: Discovered in the ruins of Old Forde Village by Team SPNL (Sun, Pyrrha, Nora, and Lie Ren) they would assume that this was somewhat of an unknown Grimm, but upon it being restored and presented to Zek he would be shocked for them to discover that this artwork of a Titan that was believed to protect small settlements from attackers that dared to threaten its people. therefore it would reveal itself in New Forde Village where it remains on the outskirts protecting its people despite its aggressive nature towards outsiders (Mostly Atlesians) but shows a docile side towards the people of Forde and Brumel.

Pictured: An Old Mistralian painting in the art style of ukiyo-e of what seems to be a Wolf Like creature. However, the painting does have a torn half, which when presented to the Neo-Shinbaori, Masamune had no idea what the creature is as he heard stories of it, but never was told the name of it. Yet he fears that the torn half of the painting is an omen of something far greater that threatens all of Mistral.

Pictured: An Old painting restored after being discovered in the halls of Fort Castle as a means of restoring historical items for a Faunus Rights Revolution exhibit. However, upon being restored Hunters had felt a sense of fear when reading the poem.

VACUO: THE WRAITH OF THE SANDS- TITAN NAME: UNDSICOVERED

Pictured: A Photo taken by a lone deserwalker when trying to find a place to rest after being caught in a unlucky sandstorm. However, he would find himself face to face with the Legendary creature, if it werent for his quick thinking and taking a photo of it which scared the beast away he would not live to tell the story. Therefore, when showing to other people they all were shocked as he was the most luckiest person to get a photo of the Wraith of the Sands and LIVE. All Hunters and Nomads stationed in Atlas are all required to take cover in a shallow cave or stop at a Desertwalker Checkpoint during a sandstorm in order to prevent any deaths or encounters of the Wraith of Sands.
