what’s the falling star au?
It’s an Extended universe I made back in 2016-2017ish? It’s a post pacifist storyline where the monsters have made it to the surface and are learning that it wasn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
The story mainly focuses on Mettaton and how he’s fallen from stardom and is finding it very difficult as a result. (Hence the name: FallingStar)
It’s a very Papyton Heavy story. Be warned.

Losing his fame has caused Mettaton to lose his sense of purpose. He’s not sure where he belongs, or if he has any real talent, or if anyone actually likes him for himself.
His soul is also cracked as a result of his depression and anxiety.
Thankfully he has Papyrus, Alphys, Blooky, and the rest of the crew to help him out.
It’s been a long time, but I felt the need to draw the FallingStar bois.
